Trademark Registration
Service Scope
- Preliminary search and assessment of trademark protection;
- Sending a trademark to an Intellectual Property Department specialist to accurately look up the possibility of protection;
- Advise customers to modify the trademark in case the customer’s brand has no protection or low protection ability.
- Supporting customers in preparing a complete trademark registration dossier;
- On behalf of customers submit applications at the Intellectual Property Department;
- On behalf of customers, respond to complaints about trademark registration (if any).
- Advise and conduct legal procedures related to revising trademark registration or trademark protection declarations.
- Advise and conduct legal procedures to extend the title of trademark protection;
- Advice on the use of registered trademarks.
Service Process
Application for trademark registration will go through 03 stages:
- Formality examination (1-2) months from the time of filing.
- Publication of trademark application (03) months from the time of accepting valid applications.
- Substantive examination (09-12) months from the time of publication in the Official Gazette.
=> Duration of diploma: 12-18 months from the time of application.
=> Trademark shall be under protection for 10 YEARS from the date of submitting the application form (the priority date). Client will extend the term of protection title and will be not limited the number of extension. Therefore, trademark is going to be an asset throughout the operation, business of the client.
